These are the fees for the different ROPEC 2018 participants. For national bank transfers please consult the exchange rate at OANDA converter. In case of any doubt please do not hesitate to contact us. The payment of the accepted papers implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register at the conference.
EXTRA PAPERS FEE POLICY
An author registering a second paper will be charged US$ 220.00, whether student or professional. THE PRICE FOR THE THIRD AND FURTHER PAPERS WILL HAVE THE NORMAL CORRESPONDING FEE.
Notes:
1. The registered participant, whether author or attendee, must keep the deposit receipt to obtain his invoice and/or his certificate. This receipt will be uploaded in the electronic registration form.
2. To promote the IEEE Centro Occidente Section student membership, the IEEE student electronic membership is included in the student fee for students belonging to the IEEE Centro Occidente Section influence area whether author or attendee (assuming they provide the right student information to the IEEE SCO volunteers). THIS STUDENT MEMBERSHIP PROMOTION WILL ONLY BE VALID IF THE IEEE REGISTRATION IS PROCESSED AT THE CONFERENCE VENUE AND THE STUDENT IS HOSTED AT THE OFFICIAL VENUE WITH A VALID ROPEC 2018 CONFERENCE CODE (Azul Ixtapa 102760, Azul Ixtapa Grand 102761). Any person registering at the student fee must present or send via email a valid student ID card at the moment of registration. The same applies for those registering as IEEE members where you will be asked to present your actual IEEE membership.
