The 2018 IEEE Autumn Meeting on Power, Electronics and Computing (ROPEC 2018) is the XX edition of the well renowned international conference organized by the IEEE Centro Occidente Section, the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH), the Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia (ITM), the Information and Communication Technologies Research and Innovation Center (INFOTEC), and the Comisión Federal de Electricidad, División Centro Occidente (DCO-CFE) of Mexico. It will be held on November 14-16, 2018 in Ixtapa, Guerrero, México.

Call for papers

The Organizing Committee of the 2018 IEEE Autumn Meeting on Power, Electronics and Computing invite students, researchers and practitioners worldwide to submit full papers for consideration to be presented at the conference. The technical committee will assign oral presentations to the accepted papers. All the papers PRESENTED at the conference will be submitted to IEEEXplore for worldwide exposure if they comply with its rules.

Deadlines

    • July 15, 2018 August 13, 2018: Final full paper submission.
    • September 3, 2018: Acceptance Notification.
  • September 23, 2018: Final paper submission.

Paper submission and Templates

The paper title as well as the abstract has to be in English, and the body of the paper either English or Spanish and is limited to 6 pages. The mandatory templates to submit your contributions can be downloaded from the following links:
